You will be billed for your first box the day that you subscribe to HEIRBOX for the current month's box (unless a different box is stated on our homepage - while supplies last). Your next payment will automatically be scheduled for the 1st day of each following month moving forward, per your subscription term, beginning at 12 a.m. ET. We strongly encourage all members to double-check their payment information to secure their boxes before the 1st of the month.

Boxes will be sent between the 22th-27th of each month depending when it will be purchased.

BOXES SIGNED UP ON OUR LAUNCH DATE WILL GET A BOX IMMEDIATELY AND WILL BE B Upon subscribing, you will be billed for your first HEIRBOX. Your first HEIRBOX will be a variation of that month's featured box as long as you subscribe by 11:59 p.m. ET on the 20TH OF EACH MONTH. For example, if you join us on December 19TH at 11:59 p.m. ET, your first box will be a December box (inventory allowing). However, if you subscribe on DECEMBER at 20 a.m. ET, your first box will be a January box.

Subscription renewals take place on the 1st of each month starting at 12 am EST. To prevent unwanted renewal, please cancel your account by 11:59 pm Et before the 1st of the new month. If you would like for us to cancel your subscription, please email us by the 25th of the month to be able to cancel your subscription.
